Total Body Workout from Motivated Goalz

Ready to rock a total body workout!? I have one for you from a collab with Maureen from Motivated Endurance (aka Motivated Goalz, half her/half me).

Get ready to break a sweat! We like high intensity/powerful/sweaty workouts.
And this is just that for you.

 Total Body Workout from Motivated Goalz

HOW TO:

Grab a pair of dumbbells (5-10lbs) and a jump rope. If you don't have one, don't worry, you can pretend. Be sure to warmup for 5-10 minutes beforehand and then
complete each exercise for 50 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds. Complete groups 1-10.
