LEGS + BOOTY
Today I'm sharing a leg workout featured from the
DYST? 12 Day Workout Challenge!
I love this workout because we're combining strength with a little cardio, your legs and booty will be feeling it when you're done!
Do a 5-10 minute warm-up by walking on a treadmill/jumping rope/body weight exercises to get your body warmed up and ready to go.
Then complete the following exercises 12 times, moving left to right. Work down the page.
Weights are optional, but a good way to gain some serious strength.
