My love for smoothies goes way back to college.. but I'm no longer making them by adding in a 1/2 cup sugar in them 😱 So today I'm here to bring you the
"Did you sweat today?" Smoothie featured from the #DYSTsquad 12 day workout challenge we all just completed! 💪🏻
Did you sweat today? Smoothie:
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk (I used @bolthousefarms)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Add a little more water if needed.
Blend & enjoy!
This is the perfect sweet smoothie to enjoy post workout! ✨ I promise you can't taste the cauliflower, so try it out! Let me know if you do :)
