✨Deeee-licious Açaí Bowl Recipe! ✨
If you've ever been anywhere where they make smoothie bowls, they normally have an açaí one in there somewhere. (They can be expensive though!)
So today I'm showing you how you can make a delicious one at home, and save some cash!
Açaí Bowls are made with the açaí berry, they are antioxidant-rich berries that are a freakin' superfood powerhouse! I know right.. They are packed with minerals and essential nutrients that make delicious smoothie bowls!
Today I'm using Sambazon packets that can be found at Wegmans or Whole Foods, but if you're lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's by you, I hear they have packets as well!
Acai Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Blend & enjoy!
*Run packet under hot water for about 5 seconds, just enough to get the acai out of it!
TOP IT OFF!
About 1 TBSP of each:
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Chocolate Chips (dairy free from Enjoy Life)
But you can top your acai bowl with banana, strawberries, granola, or whatever you want!
The toppings are endless and will make for a delicious bowl with whatever you use!
