Have a little FUN!

So often times we forget to have fun with our workouts. It becomes a habit, and we just go with the flow. Take time to remember what you used to love to do when it comes to moving your body. How it feels to do something you love. And if you're motivated enough, change your normal schedule to include more of the fun.

You'll be more excited to workout and it won't really feel like it, win win!


I used to hate running, and then I fell in love with it.  Over the winter months I took a break, but this morning I laced up my sneakers and headed out. 31 degrees wasn't going to stop me. With the sun rising, it was the best run I've had in awhile.

Back to your basics. Knowing and doing what you love.
