Oh boy.. If you know me, you know my one weaknesses: Ice cream. Snickers flurry, twist in a cone with rainbow sprinkles, any kind my fiancé has.. Yep. All of it. Needless to say I don't keep it in the house. So if you're like me and like to have your ice cream but also your goals.. Here are my top 3 things to do instead of eating ice cream.

1. FACE MASK
If you want to #TreatYoSelf do your body good girl! Wash your face, get out that face mask, and do it up! Not only will your face feel way better, but you're rewarding yourself by taking care of yourself.
We all know you have some "sleepy time" or "stress relief" tea. Well now's the time to grab it and make a cup! Be sure it's caffeine free if you're doing this at nighttime. The tea will curb the craving you have. Don't believe me? Just try it.
3. GET ON YOUR MAT
Yoga/stretch it out girl. Now's the time to sip your tea, let your mask do it's work, and practice. Don't have a mat? No worries.. Any surface will do as long as you're safe and not slipping. You could even put on a YouTube video like this one or this one. My favorite.
Put your mask on, make your tea, and roll your mat out. Practice for as long as it feels good to or until your mask is dry. You'll feel so good afterwards ice cream will be far from your mind and you just did 3 amazing things for your body.
