Do Your Workout NOW

It's 5:00 AM... Why are you up so early?

Because you told yourself you were going to get up and workout in the morning. Right? Right.

So you set your alarm for 5:00 AM. Giving yourself plenty of time to get up, workout, shower, and get ready for the day.

But 5:00 AM rolls around... you now have two choices.
Which do you willingly pick?

1. You can hit the snooze button. Turn your alarm off completely.
Change the time of your alarm to your normal 6:45AM.
Not get up to workout.

What you really do: Miss an opportunity to better yourself and your future. Let yourself down.

2.  You can drag your butt outta bed.
Turn on some lights, put on some music, and GET TO WORK.

What you really do: Set yourself up for success, better your future, and hit your goals.
