2 Ways You Could Be SLACKING In Your Workouts + 2 Ways To SMASH Your Workouts šŸ’¦

Let's talk about WORKOUTS!  
Lately I've been thinking about my past workouts and my current workouts, and what the difference between them has been. ā˜šŸ» I've come up with a couple things:

TWO ways I've been SLACKING in my workouts:

1. Not having a game plan/workout planned out.
2. Getting distracted (esp by my phone).

TWO ways I've been SMASHING my workouts:

Having a game plan/workout schedule

Having a workout schedule and my workouts all planned out makes life so.much.easier! I get all my equipment out in the house (or outside), put my music on, and know exactly what I'm doing before I do it. I FEEL accomplished and like I'm getting somewhere, because I am. šŸ™ŒšŸ»

Distraction free workouts

Putting my phone away, off, or in airplane mode has made all the difference. I'm not tempted to check Insta or FB, it can all wait. My workouts are ME time. Also, I've been making sure to focus more on my workout and not let my brain wander. It can be tricky... but when I'm focused I get in such a better workout. šŸ’ƒšŸ»
